Park CDC Development
A visionary partnership with Park CDC to create more than 300 attainable homes off Beatties Ford Road—one of the Carolinas’ largest faith-based housing initiatives, projected to generate over $88 million in community wealth.
Historic Excelsior
Reviving a cultural landmark into a welcoming hub for arts, education, and community—honoring legacy while fueling the next chapter of Black excellence in Charlotte.

Freedom Drive Townhomes
Twelve attainable townhomes along Charlotte’s Freedom Drive corridor, developed with City of Charlotte land investment. Designed to build generational wealth for families earning 60–80% of the area median income while strengthening neighborhood stability.
Prosperity Alliance
By building attainable, for-sale homes for families earning 60–120% of area median income, Prosperity Alliance helps close Charlotte’s wealth gap and foster long-term stability through homeownership.

CLT IMPACT Camp
Community-driven mentorship and workforce pathways for youth, focused on entrepreneurship, education, enlistment, and employment—to narrow the opportunity gap and expand mobility.
Hoover Townes
Located in Charlotte’s West Sugar Creek corridor, Hoover Townes features 39 attainable townhomes built through a public–private partnership with the City of Charlotte, offering families affordable paths to homeownership. Homes available Spring 2026.
Sundale Community
A new townhome community off N. Tryon and Lambeth Street, featuring 26 attainable homes within walking distance of the light rail and Mecklenburg County Resource Center—connecting Charlotte residents to opportunity and mobility.
