A Morehouse College graduate and lifelong entrepreneur, Shawn has spent over two decades building businesses and communities across the Carolinas.
As the founder of Kennedy Properties & Development, he leads with a vision of progress rooted in purpose—ensuring that every project creates lasting opportunity and honors local heritage.

Chenise Hamilton
